People who join the firm, manage one of our portfolio companies, or participate in the firm's "executives in residence" network find themselves part of a unique culture shaped by shared values and a desire to add value and participate as value is created.

Our alumni number more than 1,000. Many have "graduated" to senior level positions in portfolio companies or career situations in more established concerns. They can now be found worldwide in responsible positions within most industries.
